Sue Hall

Executive Director

Sue has been in healthcare for over 30 years as a nurse, consultant, and administrator. Through the years, she has always felt her “calling” was with seniors, and she feels at home at The Villages of Murfreesboro. Sue serves on the board of the Tennessee State Veterans Homes.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Sue has called Tennessee home for the past 26 years. She and her husband live in Murfreesboro and have one son. She recently added “Grandma” to her resume with her two grandsons!

Hope Rogers

Community Relations Director

Hope has worked in healthcare for more than 20 years and has spent most that time serving the senior community. She was born and raised in Rutherford County and has witnessed its massive growth firsthand. She loves calling Murfreesboro her home! Hope has focused her career on healthcare and seniors. She values what she has learned from the people she has met over the years and to be able to listen and learn from their knowledge and experience is a blessing. Hope received her Bachelor of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University. Her work experience includes 12 years as the Director of Social Services/Admissions for a healthcare community in Murfreesboro & as a Social Worker/Discharge Planner in a geriatric behavioral health unit for four and a half years. Hope joined the team at The Villages of Murfreesboro in 2017 as the Community Relations Director.

Sandy Freeman

Clinical Director for Memory Care

Sandy obtained her Nursing education at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Murfreesboro, where she graduated in December 2006. Sandy had a desire to become a nurse at an early age. She entered the healthcare field at the age of 15, receiving her CNA license, then entering Nursing school. Sandy has always had a passion for helping the senior population, maintaining a career in this field for more than 18 years.

Sandy gained her experience first as a nurse on a Skilled Unit, and then became the Director of Wellness at a 60-bed Assisted Living and 20-bed Memory Care Community in Rutherford County, where she spent more than ten years of her career before joining The Villages of Murfreesboro.

Sandy has two wonderful children, Brice and Addison. Sandy enjoys spending all her free time with her children. They are always looking forward to their next adventure. They enjoy nature, hiking, theme parks, the beach, and going to the movies together. Sandy and her children attend the World Outreach Church.
